Question(s)	LTS001c is a snapshot measure of supported clients at the year-end where the support is ‘long term’ and has been in place for at least 12 consecutive months. Some data items concern Primary support reasons for Long term support for 12+ months at the end of the year (Separate collections for clients aged 18 to 64 and those aged 65+).
