Provider Information Return (PIR)
To provide CQC with up-to-date information about regulated adult social care services between inspections; support monitoring, assessment and regulatory decision-making; identify emerging patterns across adult social care; and contribute selected information to national reporting and analysis. The combined dataset brings together four Care Quality Commission Provider Information Returns covering residential services, specialist colleges, community services and Shared Lives services.
